How Notifications Work

Receive real-time updates about your trains directly on your phone or computer.

What notifications you'll receive

When you enable notifications for a train, you'll receive automatic alerts for these events:

Departure

Receive a notification when the train departs from the origin station. Useful to know if the train has actually left.

Delay changes

If the delay increases or decreases by at least 5 minutes, you'll receive a notification. We won't bother you for small variations.

Platform change

If the departure or arrival platform changes from the scheduled one, you'll be notified immediately.

Arrival

Receive a notification when the train arrives at its destination. Useful if you're waiting for someone.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many notifications will I receive?

On average 2-4 per journey. We only send significant updates and never more than one notification every 5 minutes for the same train.

Are notifications only active for today?

Yes, notifications are for the selected day's journey. They are automatically deleted after 7 days.

How do I disable notifications?

Go back to the train page and click the notification button again. A dialog will open to disable them.

How to enable notifications

  1. Search for the train you're interested in using the search bar
  2. On the train page, click the "Notify me" button
  3. Confirm in the dialog that opens by clicking "Enable notifications"
  4. Accept the browser request to receive notifications
